What shipping methods do you offer and how long does it take?
We provide worldwide express shipping via UPS and DHL. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while international shipments generally take 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for limited release items?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. However, certain limited-edition 'Launch' products and raffle wins are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
How do I know if the products are authentic?
Slam Jam is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers or official distributors.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna in select regions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most countries (DDP), ensuring no hidden fees upon delivery.
