Returns & Refunds

We offer a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality check is complete.
