For this issue, NEIGHBORHOOD founder Shinsuke Takizawa again photographed and interviewed friends and collaborators active in Tokyo and Harajuku - including actors, artists, designers, stylists, photographers, creators, and musicians - producing 100 new portrait-style photographs.
